Bhubaneswar: The Board of Public sector Aluminum producer Nalco on Wednesday approved a share buyback worth Rs. 749.10 crore. The buyback will be of about 13.02 crore equity shares representing 6.98% of the total fully paid-up equity shares. The buyback price is fixed at Rs.57.5 per equity share is 24.6% premium to Monday’s closing price.
The company has fixed 8th February as the record date for the buyback.
